We should be sure that the current "correct" IL code that mcs
generates operates properly on the MS JIT. If it does, I'm surprised
that csc has the workaround in the generated IL. If it does not, then
it may be important for mcs to generate the slightly "inefficient"
code for compatability.

I tried to test this, but I must not have the same versions which
demonstrate this problem.
