[Mono-list] libgc headers on Win32

  Hi there,

  I'm trying to build Mono on Win32 here but configure refuses to find
  the libgc includes, but are installed.

  The Sysinternals file monitor reports the following

     cpp0.exe:2552
     IRP_MJ_CREATE
     E:\home\mono\install\include\gc\gc.h
     SUCCESS
     Attributes: N Options: Open

     cpp0.exe:2552
     IRP_MJ_QUERY_VOLUME_INFORMATION
     E:\home\mono\install\include\gc\gc.h
     BUFFER OVERFLOW
     FileFsVolumeInformation	

     cpp0.exe:2552
     IRP_MJ_QUERY_INFORMATION
     E:\home\mono\install\include\gc\gc.h
     BUFFER OVERFLOW
     FileAllInformation	

  Any idea what might be going on here?
