Thats to do with the shared memory handle daemon.  Mark committed some
code recently to make that work on solaris, but it's not working
properly on freebsd yet.  Figuring out why is on my todo list.

In the meantime, you can export MONO_DISABLE_SHM=1 to shut it up.
