[Mono-list] docs xml structure

Hi all,

I look into doc xml structure and found this little strange:
there is not complete methods signature! There is only name of method and name of parameters, but not type of returning value, visibility, virtual/static, attributes, ... Should not there be complete signature? At least for help documenter to classify this method and document the right one (e.g. when there are 3 overloads)

I'm trying to write some preliminary docs, but I miss this information
