[Mono-list] Docs for building under Cygwin?

Has anyone documented the process for building Mono
from CVS on Windows?  I have the base and development
packages for the latest version of Cygwin installed. 
I also have GTK 2.0 for Win32 installed.  I would like
to have Mono and GTK# running under Cygwin but have
been unable to find out how to do so.  Is this
information available?
