[Mono-list] mcs unable to find corlib.dll

I work with linux suse 7.1 and i install mono with the script=20
mono-build.sh
I have the lib and bin in /usr/local/install and add their in $PATH=20
and $LD_LIBRARY_PATH
When i try to compile a simple programm like Hello.cs i have the=20
following message:
The asembly corlib.dll was not found or could not be loaded.
It should have been installed in the `/usr/local/install/lib'=20
directory.
