It's going to be required from time to time when some changes are done
to corlib and the runtime (it was also explained in the FAQ).

Depending on the changes, sometimes yet another different compilation
order is required (or more complex changes): if you can't get it to
build, use a binary snapshot, wait for a release, keep using a slightly
older version or ask around for help.
