[Mono-list] Not Self Hosting in .NET: cs-parser.jay - no .NET jay compiler.

How can the mono compiler be self hosting in .NET if there is no way to =
compile cs-parser.jay file into cs-parser.cs. Why do you not compile it =
and include it in the distribution?
