We already tried to contact the author a few times (in the forum and with
it's personal page at CodeProject).
I got an initial contact but didn't receive any news since then.

Miguel looked at the license - which may need a little modification before
being used in Mono. I still hope I can contact the author, fix some issues
and go forward using this code.
