[Mono-list] Bug in HttpWebRequest.cs and System.Timersnamespace

I'm not from Hispalinux.

I'm interested about implementing a diferent namespace timers
System.Timers.Timer, but i'm not sure about differences between
System.Timers.Timer and System.Threading.Timer like I said in my last mail.

Someone from Hispalinux mentioned about implementing
System.Threading.Timers last week, and I told them to go ahead.  I'm not
sure if that someone is Gustavo, or not.
