I'm not sure if it works or not, but it's not really needed at all on
Windows. That is, unixODBC implements the ODBC API as found on windows,
and is (or supposed to at least) source compatible with Windows' ODBC,
so you don't need it at all, you just need an ODBC implementation, and
Windows already includes one.
