[Mono-list] VB.NET and C# differences in compiling

Jay IS yacc, but tweaked to generate C# code instead of C code.

Yes, it pre-process mb-parser.jay creating mb-parser.cs that contains the 
table-driven state-machine that parses the source generating the AST.

So far the mcs AST has shown itself as appropriate to be extended to work 
for mbas.
