[Mono-list] Rule Engine

Are looking for a production rule system like CLIPS?  I was looking into 
creating a port of CLIPS for C# (like Jess for java with a better license.)  
Currently in the planning stages (read getting a parser set up.)  If this is 
not your cup of tea, it would not be too hard to create a .NET wrapper for 
the CLIPS dlls for windows only and slightly more difficult to embed the 
CLIPS runtime in a C# shell.

If you want to give me a hand, let me know.
