[Mono-list] [bug] cannot load dll located in current dir

It seems to be the same issue as with "Re: Bug in Assembly.Load".  If I 
execute

  export MONO_PATH=.
  mono.bat Psharp.exe

it works.  So, also on Windows (cygwin), setting the mono path is required.
