Well, it could, I suppose, if it's not on the mono runtime.
As I said, I'm not aware of anywhere in the class libraries
that the SecurityException would be thrown.  Maybe the code
is being accidentally compiled against the .NET libraries instead?

I don't really want to go hunting too much before I know
exactly where the problem is, thus my questions. :-)
