Trying to build mono with the script (mono-build-w32.sh) but it fails =
and I get this message

autoheader: `config.h.in' is unchanged
Running automake --gnu ...
mono/os/unix/Makefile.am:2: INCLUDES must be set with `=3D' before using =
`+=3D'
**Error**: automake failed.
