It looks like you were right and I was wrong
of the danger of the CodeDomProvider, there is not any
need to directly import the compiler but to call it
over the system.

It looks like you are right. There is no interface for
accessing the CODE dom or parsed interface after the
compilation, only via the standard type reflection
interface.
That is not a problem at all.
