[Mono-list] making the windows path relative

Yes, it compiles correctly :-)

But I got the impression the path is still fixed.

(When copy mono somewere else it complains about the dlls not being in
c:\mono-0.10\install\lib and mono.exe still contains the path)

I don't really know, but perhaps the parts from the os-folder don't really
go in the finally resulting mono.exe?
