[Mono-list] big patch System.CodeDom

hi.

I'm more or less through with System.CodeDom.

Including:
- class rewrites inheriting CollectionBase for all Code*Collection
classes
- fixes for property accessors matching ms docs
- CodeTypeReference replacements for strings
- added missing classes (hopefully all, did not count them yet)
- would like to remove all classes which do not belong into this
namespace, e.g. CodeLiteral* and CodeClass*. I suppose these have once
been docuemented but are obsolete now?

would like to check in asap.
Is System.CodeDom critical for some other subsystem? no testing code
from my side for now.
The code compiles without warnings but changed vastly.
