[Mono-list] Cygwin/Mono compilation problems

Recompiling pkgconfig 0.12 from the sources solved that problem.  However,
I'm still getting an error which - thanks to google - I identified as a
libglib problem.  So I decided to also compile glib myself, too.  Really
annoying...
