[Mono-list] system.drawing not built => gtk# menu not working

I haven't finished that class, yet, mainly because I don't have any time
to hack on it at the moment. I have to do my stuff at university for the
next three months and won't be able to contribute much for MONO.

IIRC, that's also one of my files which isn't finished, yet.
