[Mono-list] CVS help

I'm about to commit a minor change to CVS.  I've read the CVS manpage and
the CVS info on the web.

I think that I've followed the CVS procedure mostly:

- This is one of the classes that I doing.
- I know that the change will not break the build.
- I have updated the ChangeLog file.

I still have one question which is not addressed on either the manpage or
the mono site:

When I commit I get a log to edit.  Am I supposed to write here the
same things that I already wrote on the ChangeLog file?
