[Mono-list] Latest mono-build-w32 problem

I've just used the mono-build-w32.sh to update my mono. Before today this
script worked
fine. Now, I get this:

Running aclocal -I /cygdrive/c/mono/install/share/aclocal ...
aclocal: /usr/share/aclocal/pkg.m4: 5: duplicated macro `PKG_CHECK_MODULES'
**Error**: aclocal failed. This may mean that you have not
installed all of the packages you need, or you may need to
set ACLOCAL_FLAGS to include "-I $prefix/share/aclocal"
for the prefix where you installed the packages whose
macros were not found

Can someone tell me how to patch this?
