[Mono-list] mono setup for windows - update

- I've updated the setup. It is now the same than the original
install-directory except 3 batch-files in a "setup"-directory:
mcs-wrapper, mint-wrapper, installer/uninstaller

The only installation is that these 3 files are copied to the windows
directory
and the other files to c:\mono-0.10\install\

- Now a question to the mono-team:
In order to avoid confusion between the wrappers and the original files I
would like to rename mint.exe and mcs.exe to
mint2.exe and mcs2.exe. This should be possible without compatiblity
problems with mono/source as mcs.bat and mint.bat have
the same functionality, shouldn't it?
