Let me explain:

	* Most technical discussion with my group at Ximian happens
	  *right now* privately in ximian-mono-list.

	* Mono-Private/Hackers *does* open up the discussion to existing
	  contributors.

	* Mono-Hackers will allow people to browse the archives.

You will be able to read the archives.  But remember, things before
these mailing lists were even more closed, notice how little Ximian
hackers discussed implementation details on mono-list (as opposed to
ximian-mono-list which was very heavy on technical details).
