[Mono-list] Shared source CLI beta released

I would _NOT_ look at microsofts shared source for several reasons:

- we can not be shure if this note in the license really means waht it seems
to
- ms might treat ximian and/or mono with using their patents and i think it
sounds much better if we can say at court

"no/might be but we did write everything on our own"

than

"might be and we did only manage because we looked at their source code"
