[Mono-list] Shared Source License from MSFT to ECMA for CLI

hello,

Mono is a very interesting project !

Could you please tell me where I may view the license under which the CLI spec 
was provided by MSFT to ECMA. My understanding is that all your work is based 
on the CLI spec from ECMA provided by MSFT under a version of the shared 
source license.

Is this true? Where in the web can I view the license?
