[Mono-list] Nunit needs AppDomain.Load()

Hmm. Obviously I was looking at a different overload of AppDomain.Load()
when I asked that question, because some of them do throw, but not the one
NUnit needs.  I've got to stop posting questions to the list at 1:30 am.

I'll try to come up with a simple test tonight, before 1:30 :)
