If you install a library in /usr/local/lib and you don't
add that dir to your /etc/ld.so.conf or to your LD_LIBRARY_PATH,
it's a problem of your system, not of the script.
Should the script also set the PATH env var to the directory where
mint or mono are installed? No. Same thing for the libs.
