Yeah, I doubt that Mono has much to worry about from Microsoft. However,
if Sun were to use it then I guess they'd ask for their $60M back ;-)

Well said. There's nothing sensational in a listed company expressing
that it's partial to a bit of patent pflegening.

But if you're really that interested in terse and cryptic soundbites
from Microsoft executives then here's another one. A few weeks ago, The
Register asked Anders Heljsberg what he thought of the Mono project as a
platform for GNOME software:

        "It's great."

A man of few words... :-)
