VIM can be made to do this quite easily (:help folding). I'll post
details when i've got my cs.vim file finished (I'm not in a hurry since
I use VS.NET mostly... hmmm... regexp-replace-in-files... doughnuts...)

I would say "emacs can probably do that too" (just to be PC) but emacs
makes me want to kill small children so I don't go anywhere near it if I
can help it.
