[Mono-list] Mono on MacOS X

WHEW! I don't feel so bad, then. :)

It still doesn't seem to run on simple programs, either. I pretty
consistently get a Bus Error after Pinvoke on IConvGetBytes... I'm still
dinking around, though.

I'm going to go ahead and send what I've got momentarily, though, in case
anybody else wants to start hacking and doesn't want to do the initial
legwork that I've been doing.
