[Mono-list] Mono on MacOS X

I'm not affiliated with the Mono in any official capacity, but I've been
working on getting the 0.9 drop working on Mac OS X. After some massaging
and a few very minor revisions, it builds. (Not yet working, though...) I
can post a patch and build instructions, if anyone is interested...
