[Mono-list] Class-status.html

A suggestion:
    Instead of having the "List of not-implemented classes" on the same page,
which makes it terribly slow during loading (please note - it's the first page
towards class status which a surfer loads), there should only be a link to it on
the page while the page that has the (eg: ni-class.html etc) cotents should be
different.

    The first page loading time also blocks visibilty to other pages like
class-status/maintainers.xml, class-status/class.xml, class-status/index.html
