the point is seriously moot, modern indenting editors (such as emacs )
will not let you write

	very easily, and the most important thing about not having redundant
braces is that you save a vertical line - a vital non-renewable
resource.

	It's all very well squandering the vertical lines now, but unless we
act soon there will be none left for the next generation !
