[Mono-list] sample html doc format

Hi!

I started making a program to convert the ecma class docs to html but im going 
to study in australia for the next 6 months so i wont have time to finish it 
but i have made a sample html format with inspiration from javadoc and 
microsofts html format. If anyone would use this layout or idea i would be 
glad :) .. dont know if they are usefull but who knows..

Note! : The only class that is working in this sample doc is System.Console
