[Mono-list] layout managers

I wonder if it would'nt be difficult to use gtk on linux to display the
Windows.Forms gui, since the dimensions of all gui elements are
different (especially with themes!), and the *famous* MS Sans Serif font
is not available.
Is there any plan how to work around this?
