[Mono-list] Build to intermediate file?

Just consider .NET DLLs as your intermediate files, because you'll have to 
have them to be called from the C++ code. See, you can't "link" managed 
code, you "reference" it and the JIT/Interpreter will load it for your C++ 
code to call.
