[Mono-list] Help wanted: MCS compiler tests

I'm surprised that mono doesn't have some sort of quality assurance team,
or something that exists for the sole purpose to create tests and run
them, making sure that elements of mono are compliant with what's needed.
Shouldn't such a team be created? The Mono Compliance Assurance Team, or
something?
