I don't understand why WineLib is not the perfect candidate for
implementation of Windows.Forms.
(There is a X11 licensed version available.)

For some reason there seems to be a common misunderstanding that WineLib
is tied to the x86 processor. Wine (currently) is, but WineLib does not
have this dependency.
