No. At the moment there existing GTK# (http://gtk-sharp.sourceforge.net/)
and Qt# (http://qtcsharp.sourceforge.net/). And it is possible to create
more bindings to other Desktop-Environments.
One of the visions behind mono/.net is, that you can use all API-functions
with the .net-languages, which you can use with C/C++.
