[Mono-list] Changelog in mcs\class\System.Web\System.Web.UI.WebControls

[Hugh Emberson]

I'm getting the same problem when I try to update.  I think that it is
refering to the format of the underlying RCS file in the respository.
Has someone been hand editing the RCS file or something?
