[Mono-list] ".NET primer for Mac users"

Hello,

I wrote a first draft of .NET primer for Mac users, and I was hoping that
Mono list members who could find 10 minutes could proof it for technical
accuracy (and sanity-check a raft of assumptions) before I announce it to
various Mac sites.  All criticism and suggestions welcome.
