[Mono-list] make windows

Trying to compile mono, have downloaded and installed cygwin.

Now trying, as per instructions, to do 'make windows'.

Running into the following error -:

csc /out:NAnt.exe /recurse:*.cs
make[1]: *** [NAnt.exe] Error 127

Any ideas?
