[Mono-list] Microsoft .NET SDK has been released

I don't get it: I was supposed to get some RC CD's in the mail...  So much
for the .NET Passport promo.
 I guess I'll have to wait for the MSDN CD's to arrive.  There is no way I
can download it because by the time that it would finish, they would already
have a new version.
