[Mono-list] Nunit tests - Getting Started Guide

All,

I drafted a "Getting Started" guide for people new to writing unit tests
for mono.  It's in mcs/class/doc/NUnitGuidelines. I also made a template
unit test file that you can just copy and replace some text inside of,
in order to get started. It's in the same directory and called
TemplateTest.cs.

Hopefully these will be useful to some of the new contributors.

If anyone ever reads it :), please let me know your comments and
suggestions.
