a)  I can't 'cvs remove' with anonymous CVS

b)  Only one person should need to do this, and then it won't be updating for
everyone.  Right?  But when I checked out the mcs tree on -- I believe it was
Sunday -- I got MethodImplOptions in both places.  So... either something funny
is going on, or it is still in CVS.
