[Mono-list] Missing Interfaces in corlib

Just had a look at IResourceWriter and IResourceReader, but these two
interfaces already exist in "mcs/class/corlib/System.Resources".
According to the ChangeLog, they have been completed on 2001-11-27. Am I
missing something here?
