[Mono-list] "first steps" site updated

I have updated my "first steps" page at http://mono.baselabs.org.

It now walks you through getting the CVS source trees, compiling
everything (mono/mint on linux, mcs.exe and *.dll on windows) and
installing/running it on linux.

I will add a page with nightly windows builds for those who have no
other way of getting fresh mcs.exe and *.dll's and want to play with it.
(probably first snapshots by tomorrow online)
