[Mono-list] CorCompare XML ready

	IE6 probably doesn't understand the "Content-Encoding: gzip" part,
	can't this be conditionally enabled for those browsers that support it?
	(or shouldn't IE attempt to renegotiate the content if it doesn't
	understand that encoding?)
